I used to go on hikes quite frequently (haven't done so in years!) and I would often look ahead at the trail and marvel at the steep rock faces or the distance or the seemingly inadmissible terrain. Then I would turn my eyes to the path directly before me to make sure I did not misstep. The next time I would stop to assess the path, I would find myself on the other end of what had seemed daunting before. One foot in front of the other. Take care of one step at a time and the path will take care of itself.
